What Are Triggers?
Triggers are the backbone of automation in Taskade. They are predefined conditions that, when met, initiate a series of automated actions within. Essentially, they're the "if" part of an "if this, then that" equation, monitoring for specific events or changes.

Available Triggers
Here are the triggers you can use in your workflows:

Triggers actions through requests received from external services. | |
Enables AI Agents to optionally run actions during a conversation. | |
Triggers when a form is used. | |
Task Completed | Activates when a task is marked as completed. |
Task Assigned | Triggers when a task is assigned to you or a team member inside a project. |
Task Due | Triggers when a task with a due date is due. |
New Comment | Triggers when a new comment is made on tasks. |
New Due Date | Triggers when a new due date is added to a task. |
Begins automation when a new event is scheduled in Calendly. | |
Triggers when a scheduled event in Calendly is canceled. | |
Triggers when a new message is submitted in Slack. | |
Activates upon receiving a new form submission in Typeform. | |
Kicks off actions when a new email arrives in Gmail. | |
Triggers when a new row is added to Google Sheets. | |
Initiates a process with a new response in Google Forms. | |
Initiates an action with a new form submission in Webflow. | |
Triggers when a new HubSpot CRM deal is found. | |
Triggers when a new HubSpot CRM contact is found. | |
Triggers when a HubSpot CRM deal enters a selected stage. | |
Triggers when a new video is added to a YouTube channel. | |
