What Are AI Forms?
AI forms allow you to create shareable and customizable workflows using automation. You can build forms to collect data and use automation to process that data with AI. When your form is processed, the output of that form will appear on the same page.

AI Forms Automation Settings
Connector options give you full control over the Project Template automation:
🎛️ Field | 🔤 Description |
Form Title | Choose a unique title for your form. |
Form Description | Describe the purpose of the form. |
Submit Button Text | Choose a title for the submission button. |
Form Fields | Define what fields the user should provide. |
Add Fields | Add various field types to the form. |
Create a New Form
Go to the Automations tab in your workspace or folder.
Click ➕ Add automation
Click ➕ Add Trigger and choose Form Trigger.
Specify the conditions for the trigger on the right.
Click ➕ Add Action to add more automation steps.
Click Save changes in the top-right corner.
Preview a Form
You can preview snd test your form at any time in the automation creator menu.
Open an automation flow containing the Form Trigger.
Click the Use button at the top.
Upload files and interact with your form as usual.
Share a Form
You can share a link to your form online or embed it on your website.
Go to the Automations tab.
Choose your form automation from the list.
Go to the Use tab at the top.
Click Publish in the top-right corner.
Copy the shareable link or the embedded snippet.
