Use the HubSpot integration to supercharge your CRM workflows.

Overview

Improve your customer management process using HubSpot automation. By connecting HubSpot with your workflow, you can update contacts, trigger emails, create sales tasks, or simply delegate the work to one of your custom AI agents.


Connect & Configure HubSpot

Before you start using HubSpot in Taskade, you need to configure the integration:

  • Add HubSpot as an action/trigger or as an agent tool (see the next two sections).
    ​

  • Click Connect to connect your HubSpot account to Taskade.

  • Log into your HubSpot account or create a new one.

  • If you log in, enter your email on the left and choose one of the login options.

  • Select the account you want to connect and click Choose Account.

  • In your HubSpot dashboard, click Connect app to confirm scope and permissions.


Add HubSpot to Agent Tools

Connecting your Custom AI Agents with HubSpot gives them the ability to send emails, manage contacts, and automate marketing activities.

  1. Go to the Agents tab at the top of your workspace/folder.
    ​

  2. (1) Select an existing agent or (2) create a new one.

  • Click ✏️ Edit agent in the top-right corner.

  • Go to the πŸ”§ Tools tab on the left.
    ​

  • Click βž• Add tool and choose a HubSpot tool from the list.
    ​

  • Click Connect to configure the integration (see the first section of this guide).
    ​

  • Click Update to save the changes.

Using HubSpot connector as part of your automation flows enables you to streamline data handling and streamline your sales workflows.

Add HubSpot as a Trigger

  • Go to the Automations tab in your workspace or folder.
    ​

  • Click βž• Create automation.

  • Select the Add from scratch tile.

  • Click βž• Add Trigger and choose one of the HubSpot triggers from the list.

  • Click Connect to configure the trigger (see the first section of this guide).
    ​

  • Specify the conditions for the trigger (if applicable).

  • (optional) Add more steps to the automation.
    ​

  • Click Save changes in the top-right corner.​

  • Toggle the automation on in the top-right corner.

Add HubSpot as an Action

  • Go to the Automations tab in your workspace or folder.

  • Click βž• Create automation.

  • Select the Add from scratch tile.

  • Click Connect to configure the trigger (see the first section of this guide).

The specific step in the pipeline that a deal is currently in, reflecting its progress towards completion.

The title or identifier for the deal, typically summarizing the opportunity or client.

Deal Owner

The person or team member responsible for managing and moving the deal forward within the pipeline.

Deal Type

The category or classification of the deal, which could be based on factors like new business, renewal, upsell, etc.

Amount

The value of the deal, often projected revenue or contract size, that is being negotiated or closed.

Priority

The level of importance or urgency assigned to a deal, helping to focus on high-value opportunities.

Close Date

The estimated or scheduled date when the deal is expected to be finalized.

(required) First Name

The contact's first name, essential for personalizing communication and building a personal connection.

(required) Last Name

The contact's last name, important for proper identification and record-keeping within the CRM system.

Email

The primary email address for the contact, used as a key point of contact for marketing campaigns and correspondence.

Contact Owner

The HubSpot user assigned to manage and nurture the relationship with this specific contact.

Job Title

The contact's position within their organization, which provides insight into decision-making authority and needs.

Lifecycle Stage

The current phase of the contact within the customer journey, from initial awareness to loyal customer, informing targeted marketing efforts.

Lead Status

The status indicating the contact's level of qualification and readiness to proceed through the sales funnel, guiding sales engagement strategies.

Disconnect HubSpot

To disconnect the HubSpot integration from your Taskade account:

  • From Automations:
    ​

    • Choose the HubSpot action/trigger in your automation.
      ​

    • Click Change in the configuration sidebar on the right.

    • Click the trash button πŸ—‘οΈ next to the active account.

  • From Agent Tools:
    ​

    • Go to the Agents tab at the top of your workspace/folder.
      ​

    • Select an existing agent with an active HubSpot tool.

    • Go to the πŸ”§ Tools tab on the left.
      ​

    • Click the three dots Β·Β·Β· next to the HubSpot tool.
      ​

    • Click Remove to disconnect the tool.
      ​
