Updated over a week ago

Welcome to Taskade mobile!

In this article, we'll show you how to make the most of your workflow when using Taskade mobile apps for iOS and Android devices. Let's get started! πŸ‘‡

Organize Your Work

Taskade is built on a simple hierarchy that consists of πŸ—ƒ Workspaces, πŸš‹ Folders, and πŸ“ Projects. This structure three-level structure allows you to:

  • Organize your team structure and roles within dedicated workspaces.

  • Centralize client interactions, feedback, and deliverables.

  • Aggregate resources by categorizing them into folders.

  • Use projects to break down complex tasks into actionable steps.

πŸ’‘ Note: Visit Hierarchy Structure to learn more.

Create a Project

A single project can be as simple as a page in a notebook or as complex as a highly organized team collaboration hub. Here's how to create one:

  1. Open the Taskade app and navigate to a workspace or folder.

  2. Tap the βž• New project button at the top of the screen.

    • Select a custom template.

    • Browser the gallery.

Desktop vs. Mobile Features

Some desktop features are not fully supported on mobile devices. We're working hard to bring them to iOS and Android so stay tuned!

Offline Mode (iOS & Android)

Taskade requires an active internet connection to sync projects. But don't worry, you can still edit your projects when offline. The app saves any changes locally and will resync them as soon as you're back online.
