Overview
Automations for mobile is in Beta, supporting viewing and managing automations already created in the Web and Desktop app.
Automations allow you to put routine tasks and projects on autopilot within fully customizable automation flows. You can use this powerful feature to:
🔄 Streamline repetitive tasks by setting up triggers and actions.
🛠️ Design custom workflows tailored to your team's needs.
🔌 Integrate with services like Google Sheets, Slack, and WordPress.
🤖 Build advanced workflows with custom AI Agents.

Automation is in Beta
Currently automations on the mobile app support the following features:
Viewing automation flows
Viewing automation run history
Toggling Automations on and off
Renaming Automations
Duplicating Automations
Deleting Automations
Toggling automation sharing on and off
Accessing the share link and embed code
View Automations
You can view automations for respective workspace or team in the Automations tab.
Enter the workspace or team you wish to view the automations in.
Swipe the top row of tabs to the right until the Automations tab is visible.
Tap on the Automations tab.
View Automation Flows
Tap on any Existing Automation in the Automation tab to view its contents.
Note that this automation cannot be edited — it is in View-Only Mode.
View Run History
Automation history shows logs of all automation runs.
Tap the triple-dot icon ··· of the respective automation.".
Tap on Manage.
Tap on View History.
Manage Automations
Automations for the respective workspace or team can also be managed, toggling them on and off and obtaining their share links.
Turn Automations On/Off
Tap on the Toggle icon next to an automation to turn it on or off.
Rename, Duplicate and Delete Automations
Tap on the Triple dot icon beside the respective automation.
The menu displayed allows you to:
Rename your automation.
Duplicate your automation.
Delete your automation.
💡Note: Automation deletion is permanent.
Share Automations
Tap the Triple dot icon of the respective automation.
Tap on Manage.
Ensure that the automation is toggled on..
Tap on Enable Sharing.
The links to the automation can be easily copied to your clipboard with the respective buttons below.
