  1. Open a project and tap a task to select it.

  2. Choose one of the formatting options from the toolbar at the bottom:

  3. Swipe left or right to show more options:

Use Add-Ons

Add-ons give you access to powerful productivity features like a Pomodoro Timer:

  1. Open a project and tap a task to select it.

  2. Tap βž• in the bottom toolbar.
    ​

  3. Choose one of the Add-ons from the menu.
    ​

Add Custom Fields

Custom fields let add granularity to your task organization.

  1. Tap a task to select it.
    ​

  2. Tap βž• in the bottom toolbar.
    ​

  3. Tap the Custom Field button .
    ​

  4. Use one of the available presets or choose Single Select to define your own.

πŸ’‘ Note: Custom Fields propagate across all views. You can also use them in the Table view to organize your content and tasks in rows and columns.
