Starting a project from scratch can be time-consuming. The AI Project Studio is a powerful tool that uses AI to simplify this process. You can use the generator to structure all kinds of projects, both business and personal, including:

Generate a Project with AI
Click ➕ Create new in the top-right corner of your workspace/folder.
Choose AI Project from the drop-down menu.
You can also use the 🤖 Create with AI button.
Describe the project/content you want to generate.
(optional) Use the drop-downs to control the output:
(1) 👁️ View: Choose the default view for the new project.
(2) 🗣️ Language: Choose the language of the new project.
(3) 📎 Upload Files: Upload seed documents.
Supports .pdf, .docx, .txt, .md, .pptx, .xlsx, .xls, .epub, and .csv.
(4) 🔗 Add Links: Link to seed online resources.
(5) 🤖 Agent Mode: Generate a default agent for the project.
Click
or press ⌨️ Enter to generate the project.
Decide what you want to do with the output:
(1) ➕ Create project: Turn the output into a new project.
(2) ✏️ Continue writing: Generate a follow-up.
(3) ☰ Make longer: Extend the output.

Supported Seed Formats
AI Project Studio can generate projects from "seed" resources and incorporate uploaded files, web links, or pasted text to structure content.

Generate Blocks
The Block Generator allows you to quickly insert AI-generated blocks in the editor. No matter which project view you're working with, the generator will help you populate your project with checklists, bullets, and other types of organized content.
Hover the mouse at the top/bottom of the project editor.
Click ➕ Add Block and select ✨ AI Generator or 🤖 AI Agent.
Describe the block you want to add or choose one of the prompts.
Press ⌨️ Enter to generate a block.
Click
or press ⌨️ Enter to generate the block.
Generate Tasks
Want to generate a main task and a comprehensive list of accompanying sub-tasks for a specific project or objective? Here's how to use the task generator inside project nodes.

Open any of your projects.
Select a node/task and type / + "subtask".
Choose the Subtask command from the list.
Click ➕ Insert to add the subtasks below or ↔️ Replace to replace the main node.
Prompt Templates Library
Ran out of ideas for AI Project Studio? Use one of the AI prompt templates in the app.
Click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner of the Taskade app.
Choose
Prompt templates from the list.
Choose a prompt and click Copy to save it to the clipboard.
Paste the prompt to AI Project Studio or use it with other Taskade AI features.
Choose a Language
AI responds in the language of a prompt. You can change that in several ways:
(method 1) Use the language selector:
Open AI Project Studio.
Click 🌐 Language.
Choose a language from the drop-down list.
(method 2): Specify language in the prompt:
e.g. "Respond in Spanish: What's the weather like in Madrid?"
(method 3): Provide context in the target language:
e.g. "¿Cómo está el clima en Madrid?" will receive a response in Spanish.
Agent Mode
Each time you create a project, you can instantly generate an AI agent customized for it. The agent will learn from the project and dynamically update its knowledge.
Open AI Project Studio (see the previous sections).
Describe your project and/or use one of the generator settings.
Toggle the Agent Mode option on the right.
Edit your new agent in the AI Agents tab.
Create a Source
You can instantly create Markdown documents and use them as sources in the project generator. New .md files will also be added to the Media Tab.
Go to your workspace/folder.
Click ➕ Create new ➡ AI Project.
Choose ➕ Add source ➡ Paste text.
Paste a text in the Markdown format to add it as a source.
Advanced Project Generation
Do you want to create more detailed projects from a single prompt? AI Project Studio can add due dates, custom fields, assignees, and other details to new projects.
Click 🤖 Create with AI in your workspace/folder.
Enter a detailed description of the new project. Mention key elements like due dates and custom fields you want to be included.
(1) Choose a project view.
(2) Upload seed content (see the previous sections).
(3) Enable/disable Agent Mode.
Press Enter and wait for the generator to finish.
Click ➕ Create project to finish.
💡 Note: Custom fields, assignees, and due dates are not visible in the preview.
