Use AI Project Studio to generate tasks, blocks, projects, and workflows in seconds.

Overview

Starting a project from scratch can be time-consuming. The AI Project Studio is a powerful tool that uses AI to simplify this process. You can use the generator to structure all kinds of projects, both business and personal, including:

  • Project proposals and presentations
    ​

  • Articles, blog posts, and essays
    ​

  • Social media posts and captions
    ​

  • Emails and sales pitches
    ​

  • Marketing campaigns and slogans
    ​

  • And much more!


Use the Generator

You can access AI Project Studio in three ways:

  • At the top of the list of projects in your workspace / folder.
    ​

  • In the βž• Create new drop-down menu.
    ​

  • Inside the editor to generate blocks (see next section).

To get started, click the πŸ€– AI generator icon and follow the steps below:

  1. Describe your project or use one of the generator settings:
    ​

    • ✨ Workflows: Choose a template (see the next section).
      ​

    • πŸ‘€ Persona: Give the AI a personality for more tailored results.
      ​

    • πŸ’¬ Tone: Set the tone for the AI to match formality and project type.
      ​

    • βž• Add source: Generate from online resources.
      ​

      • Upload (.pdf, .csv, .txt)

      • Add from media
        ​

      • Add link
        ​

      • YouTube
        ​

      • Google Drive

  2. Click or press ⌨️ Enter to generate the project.

  3. Click βž• Create Project to use the generated workflow.

Workflow Categories

Workflow categories feature prompt ideas you can use with the generator:

Workflows

Create task lists, automate processes, or map out weekly plans. Perfect for streamlining your operational flow.

Mind Maps

Brainstorm ideas, design content outlines, or develop decision trees. Ideal for visualizing concepts and strategies.

Projects

Plan detailed projects, create sprints, or develop timelines. Tailor-made for project managers and team leaders.

Content

From crafting compelling stories to generating SEO outlines, this category is a goldmine for content creators and marketers.

Notes

Draft structured notes, prepare meeting agendas, or establish a knowledge base. Essential for documentation and organization.


AI Reprompting

Once the AI Generator has finished, you can modify the output in the following ways:

  • ✏️ Click Continue writing to add context to the output.
    ​

  • πŸ”˜ Click Make longer to expand on the generated text.
    ​

  • ↩️ Reprompt by typing follow-up prompts (e.g. "translate to Spanish").

Generate Blocks

The Block Generator allows you to quickly insert AI-generated blocks in the editor. No matter which project view you're working with, the generator will help you populate your project with checklists, bullets, and other types of organized content.

  1. Open any of your projects.
    ​

  2. Hover the mouse at the top / bottom of the editor.
    ​

  3. Click βž• Add Block and select ✨ AI Generator.
    ​

  4. Define a new block or choose one of the prompts from the list.
    ​

    • (optional) Click View prompts
      ​

  5. Click ⌨️ Enter to generate a block.
    ​

  6. Click βž• Insert Block to add the new block to the editor.

Generate Tasks

Want to generate a main task and a comprehensive list of accompanying sub-tasks for a specific project or objective? Here's how to use the task generator inside project nodes:

  1. Open any of your projects.
    ​

  2. Select the node/line when you want to add a task and press the ⌨️ Spacebar.
    ​

  3. Choose the Subtask command from the list.
    ​

  4. Type a description of your task or objective and press ⌨️ Enter.

Generate Mind Maps

Generate a list of questions, brainstorm new ideas, or break tasks into subtasks in the mind map view using a handy Taskade AI pop-up menu. Here's how it works:

  1. Open any of your projects.
    ​

  2. Choose the Mind Map view at the top.
    ​

  3. Click the node arrow on the right to open a Taskade AI menu.
    ​

  4. Choose one of the three options:
    ​

    • Brainstorm: Generate ideas related to the parent node.
      ​

    • Subtask: Create a high-level list of subtasks for the parent node.
      ​

    • Generate Questions: Create a list of questions for the parent node.

Prompt Templates Library

Ran out of ideas? Taskade features dozens of AI prompt templates you can choose from:

  1. To access AI prompts:
    ​

    • Click the AI Prompts button at the top of the AI Chat, or
      ​

    • Click your profile avatar (top right) ➑ AI Prompt Templates.
      ​

  2. Choose a prompt and click Copy to save it to the clipboard.
    ​

  3. Paste the prompt to the Workflow Generator, AI Assistant, or AI Chat.

Choose a Language for AI Responses

AI responds in the language of a prompt. You can change that in several ways:

  • (method #1) Use the language selector:
    ​

    • Open the AI Project Studio.
      ​

    • Click 🌐 Language.
      ​

    • Choose a language from the drop-down list.

  • (method 2): Specify language in the prompt:
    ​

    • e.g. "Respond in Spanish: What's the weather like in Madrid?"

  • (method 3): Provide context in the target language:
    ​

    • e.g. "ΒΏCΓ³mo estΓ‘ el clima en Madrid?" will receive a response in Spanish.


Agent Mode

Each time you create a project, and can instantly generate an AI agent customized for it. The agent will learn from the project and update its knowledge as it develops.

  1. Open AI Project Studio (see the previous sections).
    ​

  2. Describe your project and/or use one of the generator settings.
    ​

  3. Toggle the Agent Mode option on the right.
    ​

  4. Edit your new agent in the AI Agents tab.


Create a Source

You can instantly create Markdown documents and use them as sources in the project generator. New .md files will also be added to the Media Tab.

  • Go to your workspace/folder.
    ​

  • Click βž• Create new ➑ AI Project.
    ​

  • Choose βž• Add source ➑ Paste text.
    ​

  • Paste a text in the Markdown format to add it as a source.
