🤔 What Are Calendar Integrations?
Calendar integrations in Taskade let you see scheduled tasks and Projects in your calendar of choice! You can currently sync with Apple, Google, and Outlook Calendar.
💡 Note: Taskade also supports 📆 Google Calendar Two-Way Sync!
🔗 Enable Calendar Integrations
Here's how you can create your first calendar integration:
- Click your avatar (top right-hand corner) and open ⚙️ Settings
- Navigate to Integrations and Calendar Feed ➡ Generate API Token
- Copy the URL and follow the instructions below to sync with your calendar
🔴 Apple Calendar
1. Open Apple Calendar
2. Go to File > Create Calendar Subscription
3. Paste the URL you generated and click on "Subscribe"
🟢 Apple Calendar (iOS)
- Copy the generated API token
- Navigate to Settings > Calendar > Accounts
- Add Account > Other > Add Subscribed Calendar
- Paste in the copied URL link
🟡 Google Calendar
1. Go to the Google Calendar settings page
2. Select Add Calendar > From URL in the left navigation panel
3. Paste the URL provided and click on Add calendar
🔵 Outlook Calendar
1. Open Outlook Calendar
2. Click Add calendar
3. Click Subscribe from web, paste the generated URL, and click Import
