Overview
Task Completed trigger allows an automation to detect when a task is finished, making it easy to initiate follow-up actions, update workflows, or trigger subsequent processes. This trigger ensures seamless transitions and timely responses within projects for greater efficiency and collaboration.
How to Use It
Click ➕Add Trigger and choose the Task Completed trigger.
Select a Project you would like the automation to monitor for changes. If no project is selected, all projects are selected by default.
Optionally, select a specific Block within the Project to monitor for changes.
Add more steps for further processing.
Task Completed (Settings)
Connector options give you full control over the Task Completed trigger:

Project (Optional) | Select which Project you would like to trigger the automation flow. If the project field is left blank, all projects are selected by default. |
Block (Optional) | Select which Block you would like to trigger the automation flow. If the block field is left blank, all tasks within the project are monitored. Note only Blocks within the Project selected will be available for Selection. |
