Choose a Default Agent

You can get started immediately by just picking one of the default AI agents. They're already set up with all the basic instructions and commands you need.

1. Go to the AI Agents tab at the top of your workspace/folder.

2. Click the βž• Create agent to open the agent creator.

3. Use one of the available agent templates.

    1. Open a project in the workspace/folder where you created the agent.
      ​

    2. Type / + the name of your custom command, e.g. "/task breakdown"
      ​

    3. You don't need to type the entire command.
      ​

    4. Press ⌨️ Enter to execute the command.


Writing Articles

With your content ideas generated, a custom AI agent can also help to write a draft of an article. By using a default agent template or creating your own agent you get obtain a draft article with a push of button. Type / + the name of your desire command, e.g. "/ Write Drafts".


Editing Content

If you already have a draft on hand, a custom AI agent can help to make edits, correcting grammar or spelling mistakes and adapting the article's style for different audiences and topics. Simply highlight the text which you want the AI to edit and Click on AI Agents for its command options.


Collaborative Writing and Editing

Taskade is a collaborative writing and outlining app at heart. It gives you the power to structure, write and edit content with your team, in the same project, at the same time.

    1. Click the Share button in the top right-hand corner and select Invite to Project.
      ​

    2. Copy the invite link and share it via email, text, or any other way

      • Alternatively, enter an email address.

      • You can also specify the level of access for users who join with the link.
        ​

    3. Click Send Invite.

  • Add feedback using comments:

    1. Choose a task you want to comment on.
      ​

    2. Click the βž• plus icon to open the Add-ons Menu.
      ​

    3. Select πŸ’¬ Comments or press C.
      ​

    4. Type your comment and click to send it.
