Content Idea Generation

A custom AI agent can be a powerful tool for idea generation, offering diverse and innovative solutions quickly and efficiently. It can be given datasets as part of its knowledge base to analyse, providing fresh perspectives and ideas that may not have been considered before. With rapid brainstorming capabilities, the AI helps overcome creative blocks by generating multiple ideas based on specific themes or prompts.

Choose a Default Agent

You can get started immediately by just picking one of the default AI agents. They're already set up with all the basic instructions and commands you need.

1. Go to the AI Agents tab at the top of your workspace/folder.

2. Click the ➕ Create agent to open the agent creator.

3. Use one of the available agent templates.

Here are some agent templates that will help with content creation and editing:

The Marketer agent specializes in crafting and executing marketing strategies. It analyzes trends and optimizes campaigns for better engagement and reach.

Social Media Content Creator

Focused on producing high-quality content, this agent helps in writing, editing, and textual content creation, tailoring messages to your audience.

Blog Writer

This agent assists blog writers with drafting, editing, and refining blog posts, ensuring that the messages are tailored to engage and resonate with your audience.

Copywriter

An agent that writes clear, compelling copy for various mediums. Combines creativity with strategic thinking to produce content that aligns with brand tone and audience interests.

Writing Editor

This agent specializes in refining and polishing written content. Whether it’s correcting grammar, improving structure, or enhancing clarity, it help ensure that the writing is professional and effective.

➕ Create a Custom Agent

If you can't find what you're looking for, let's create a custom agent and tailor it to your needs. You can define the agent's general behavior as well as individual commands.

  • Add a new agent:
    ​

    1. Go to the AI Agents tab at the top of your workspace/folder.
      ​

    2. Click ➕ Create agent to open the agent creator.

    3. Click Create from scratch.
      ​

    4. Create a unique name for your custom agent.
      ​

    5. Select an avatar or upload your own.

    6. Fill in your desired instructions for the AI agent to follow when executing prompts and commands.
      ​

    7. Click Create to save the new agent.

  • Add custom prompts:
    ​

    1. In the AI Agents tab, select the agent you created in the previous step.

    2. Click Edit agents in the top right corner.
      ​

    3. Choose the Commands tab on the left.
      ​

    4. Click ➕ Add command and define the prompts:
      ​

      • Name: Pops up when you type / + "command name"
        ​

      • Prompt: Defines the behavior of the custom command.
        ​

      • Mode: Defines how the agent executes the command.
        ​

        • Default: The agent follows specific instructions from your prompt directly.
          ​

        • Plan and execute: The agent set goals, breaks tasks into steps, and iteratively reasons through them to handle complex tasks autonomously.
          ​

    5. Click Create to save the changes.

  • Use your custom agent:
    ​

    1. Open a project in the workspace/folder where you created the agent.
      ​

    2. Type / + the name of your custom command, e.g. "/task breakdown"
      ​

    3. You don't need to type the entire command.
      ​

    4. Press ⌨️ Enter to execute the command.

Writing Articles

With your content ideas generated, a custom AI agent can also help to write a draft of an article. By using a default agent template or creating your own agent you get obtain a draft article with a push of button. Type / + the name of your desire command, e.g. "/ Write Drafts".

Editing Content

If you already have a draft on hand, a custom AI agent can help to make edits, correcting grammar or spelling mistakes and adapting the article's style for different audiences and topics. Simply highlight the text which you want the AI to edit and Click on AI Agents for its command options.

Collaborative Writing and Editing

Taskade is a collaborative writing and outlining app at heart. It gives you the power to structure, write and edit content with your team, in the same project, at the same time.

  • Invite team members:

    1. Click the Share button in the top right-hand corner and select Invite to Project.
      ​

    2. Copy the invite link and share it via email, text, or any other way

      • Alternatively, enter an email address.

      • You can also specify the level of access for users who join with the link.
        ​

    3. Click Send Invite.

  • Add feedback using comments:

    1. Choose a task you want to comment on.
      ​

    2. Click the ➕ plus icon to open the Add-ons Menu.
      ​

    3. Select 💬 Comments or press C.
      ​

    4. Type your comment and click to send it.
