Set Reminders

  1. Tap the task/subtask you want to schedule.
    ​

  2. Tap the ➕ plus icon to open Add-Ons.
    ​

  3. Enter a start/end date and time.
    ​

  4. Customize the Notification.
    ​

  5. (optional) Set the second Notification.

💡 Note: Can't see your notifications? Follow the instructions in the next section.

Enable Notifications on iOS

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
    ​

  2. Scroll down and tap Notifications.
    ​

  3. From the list, find and select Taskade.
    ​

  4. Toggle on Allow Notifications.
    ​

  5. Configure additional settings based on your preferences.

Enable Notifications on Android

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
    ​

  2. Tap Apps & notifications or Apps (may vary based on the Android version).
    ​

  3. Tap See all apps or App info to view all the installed apps.
    ​

  4. Find and select Taskade.
    ​

  5. Tap Notifications.
    ​

  6. Toggle on Show notifications.
