Create the Automation

  • Create the Automation

    1. Create a trigger and click on Task Due, select a Taskade project where the content for each post is.

    2. In the Create Post X(Twitter) action, connect your X(Twitter) account and reference the Task Content from the Task Due trigger by using the @ symbol.

    3. In the Update Custom Fields action, reference the Task ID variable from the Task Due trigger using the @ symbol.

    4. Click on Add Fields and add the Status field, set it to Posted. This is so that we can keep track of when something has already been posted to X(Twitter).

    5. Finally activate the automation by toggling it on the top right.
