Use Cases for Team Agent Chat
Team Agent Chat is designed to enhance collaboration and productivity by offering a customized AI experience for your entire team. With each agent tailored to specific knowledge bases, tone, and style, agents can support diverse tasks.
Here are a few ideas on when you can use this feature:

Chat with One Agent
You and your team can chat with a single AI Agent for focused collaboration:
Open the chat box (see the previous sections).
βChoose an agent from the drop-down at the top.
β(optional) Click the βΊ π€ button to invite people to the conversation.
βType a prompt to start a conversation.
π‘ Note: When you start a shared AI chat, a tooltip at the bottom of the chat box will let you know if the chat is public or private, so you can see who has access.
Chat with Multiple Agents (AI Team)
You can also chat with an entire AI Team for comprehensive support:
Open the chat box (see the previous sections).
βChoose an AI Team from the drop-down at the top.
(optional) Click the βΊ π€ button to invite people to the conversation.
βChoose an agent you want to interact with or set to Auto and let AI decide.
βType a prompt to start a conversation.
Use Agent Responses
Use quick chat actions to make the most of conversations with your agents:
Click the β¨ Plus button to add the output to:

Click the π Copy button to save the output to the clipboard.
Click the π Create new button use the output:

Export Conversations
Want to archive or reuse conversations with your agents? Here's to you can do that:
Click the three dots Β·Β·Β· next to a conversation thread.
βChoose Export from the drop-down list.
Choose one of the export methods:
β1) Copy the converstion to the clipboard.
β2) Download the conversation as a Markdown file.
