As issues arise during the project, the agent can provide immediate suggestions, troubleshoot problems, and help brainstorm solutions based on the team’s progress and objectives.

Knowledge sharing

The agent can retrieve documentation, guidelines, and best practices from its knowledge base so team members can quickly access important resources.

Decision-making support

Agents can assist the team in making data-driven decisions by analyzing project data, offering insights, and suggesting potential actions based on team input and project status.

Onboarding new team members

Agents can quickly bring new team members up to speed, provide an overview of project contents, and point to helpful resources.

Chat with One Agent

You and your team can chat with a single AI Agent for focused collaboration:

  1. Open the chat box (see the previous sections).

  2. Choose an agent from the drop-down at the top.
    ​

  3. (optional) Click the ⁺ πŸ‘€ button to invite people to the conversation.
    ​

  4. Type a prompt to start a conversation.

πŸ’‘ Note: When you start a shared AI chat, a tooltip at the bottom of the chat box will let you know if the chat is public or private, so you can see who has access.


Chat with Multiple Agents (AI Team)

You can also chat with an entire AI Team for comprehensive support:

  • Open the chat box (see the previous sections).

  • Choose an AI Team from the drop-down at the top.

  • (optional) Click the ⁺ πŸ‘€ button to invite people to the conversation.
    ​

  • Choose an agent you want to interact with or set to Auto and let AI decide.
    ​

  • Type a prompt to start a conversation.

Use quick chat actions to make the most of conversations with your agents:

  • Click the ⨁ Plus button to add the output to:
