Share a Template With Your Team
Starting a project from scratch can be a daring adventure or a time-consuming chore. Taskade lets you convert old projects into custom templates you can share with your team to kickstart new projects in seconds. Here's how it works:
Create a new Project inside a Workspace or Folder.
Click ··· in the top-right corner ➡ ➕ Add to templates.
Choose a shared Workspace/Folder.
To use the new template, go to the "Templates" tab of the shared space.
Publish a Template
Do you want to share your templates with clients or publish them on your website? You can quickly generate a "Viewer" link or an embed code and show your template to the world.
👀 Viewer Link
Click "Share" in the top-right corner of a project or template
Select "Invite to project" and choose the 🤓 Viewer permission
Click "Copy link" and send the link to a friend, client, or team member
📥 Embed Code
Click "Share" in the top-right corner of a project or template
Got to the "Embed" tab ➡ "Copy embed code"
Embed the HTML code on your website or blog
And that's it! 🥳
