Overview
The Domains feature allows you to personalize shared public links for a consistent, branded experience on the Teams plans or higher. This feature currently supports public agents, with plans to expand to projects, automations, forms, and kits.
What Does the Domains Feature Do?
With Domains, you can:
Set up a free Taskade subdomain for your workspace.
Example:
mymarketing.taskade.site
This domain makes shared links more professional and easier to remember.
Add a custom domains using your own domain provider.
Example:
mymarketing.my-domain.com
Use your new domains for shared links, such as:
Public Agents
Published Projects (coming soon)
Published Automations (coming soon)
Public Forms (coming soon)
Public AI Kits (coming soon)
Configure a Free Taskade Domain
A free Taskade domain allows you to create a branded link under the taskade.site domain, such as "mymarketing.taskade.site." This option is perfect for if you want a professional link for sharing public agents and projects without additional costs.
Here's how to get started:
Navigate to your workspace.
Click the arrow ˅ next to the Home button at the top.
Choose Edit from the list to access the workspace settings.
Choose the Domains tab from the left sidebar.
Under Taskade Domain, enter your preferred subdomain (e.g.,
mymarketing).
This creates
mymarketing.taskade.site.
Click Add to save the domain name.
💡 Note: Your new subdomain will now apply to any public agents shared from your workspace. More link types will be supported soon! Be sure to check our guides on Sharing Public Agents and Sharing Projects to learn more.
The domain will be marked as Active.
💡 Note: Click the pencil ✎ button to update the free domain name.
Configure a Custom Domain
A custom domain lets you use your own branded domain name, such as "mymarketing.my-domain.com," by configuring DNS records with your domain provider. Choose this option if you already own a domain and want full customization.
Follow these steps to configure your domain:
Here's how to get started:
Navigate to your workspace.
Click the arrow ˅ next to the Home button at the top.
Choose Edit from the drop-down list.
Choose the Domains tab from the left sidebar and configure your domain.
DOMAIN: Enter your custom domain in the Custom Domain section.
e.g.,
mymarketing.my-domain.com
Click Add to add the custom domain.
Log in to your domain provider and copy the generated records.

Record | Purpose |
CNAME Record | Maps your custom domain or subdomain to Taskade’s servers so Taskade can handle branded links. |
TXT Record (SSL Validation) | Enables SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for secure HTTPS links on your domain. |
TXT Record (Hostname Pre-validation) | Verifies ownership of your domain before Taskade can use it. |
Once the configuration is complete, the domain will be marked as Active.
