What Is Mixed Formatting?

Mixed formatting is a completely new way to organize tasks and sub-tasks into hierarchies. You can now create outlines that include multiple formats on the same indent level, with tasks, notes, and paragraphs in the same block!

Mix Task Formats

To create a block with mixed formats:

Single Task

  1. Add a few nodes (tasks).
    โ€‹

  2. Use the Drag Menu โ‹ฎโ‹ฎ to select the desired format:

    • โœ… Checklists
      โ€‹

    • ๐Ÿ“ Notes
      โ€‹

    • ๐Ÿ”˜ Bullet points
      โ€‹

    • ๐Ÿ”ข Numbered List
      โ€‹

    • ๐Ÿ”  Headings

Multiple Tasks

  1. Left-click & hold the first task in a series.
    โ€‹

  2. Drag the cursor โ†•๏ธ to select tasks/nodes.
    โ€‹

  3. The Multi-Select Toolbar will appear at the bottom of the page.
    โ€‹

  4. Click the 1st option to format the selected tasks/nodes.
