Overview

Collecting meaningful customer feedback requires smooth coordination across your team. With Taskade, product managers, customer support, and marketing can collaborate to gather insights from customers, organize feedback into actionable data, and automatically send follow-up emails.

Here's what we'll cover:

  • How to create a project for feature request tracking.

  • How to create a an embeddable form to collect feature requests from users.

  • How to automatically send followup emails to users when a feature request is complete.

Create a Feature Request Tracker

  • Create a project

    1. Create a new project and use the Table View.

    2. Add in appropriate Custom Fields to help categorise the feature requests. Here are some examples:

      • Email

      • Type of Feature Request

      • Type of Feature Request (with the same options as the project created above)

Using the Form

With the form created, click on the Share tab to test out the form, fill the form with some sample data and click Submit. A new entry will be added to the Taskade project with all the provided fields filled.

Send Followup Emails

An automation can also be created to send followup emails to users to notify them that their feature request has been implemented. The email will be sent automatically when the feature request's status is updated to "Done".
