Overview
Do you prefer to display your completed tasks like a badge of honor? Or would you rather move them out of the way? Taskade lets you hide completed tasks so you can focus on whatever's still on your plate.
π‘ Note: To check off items, click the checkbox to the left of a task. You can also use the β¨οΈ β + Enter (Mac) or β¨οΈ Ctrl + Enter (PC) keyboard shortcuts.
Hide Completed Tasks
Click the three dots (ellipsis) Β·Β·Β· in the top-right corner of your project.
β
π‘ Note: As you check off items, the progress bar at the top of your project will fill up. Only checkboxes count toward the total project progress.
Edit Workspace Menu
If there are multiple projects in your workspace/folder, you can hide completed tasks in all those projects by default using the Edit Workspace menu. Here's how it works:
Open your workspace and click βΌ next to its name.
βClick the βοΈ Edit button at the top of the list.
βUse the first slider to enable or disable completed tasks.
π‘ Note: Project preferences are designed only to set the initial state but can be modified inside individual projects.
