Collaborate with your team in a dedicated workspace where you can organize both traditional Taskade projects and Genesis applications together.
When to Share Instead of Publish
Use app sharing when you want internal collaboration rather than public access.
Share your app when:
You want others to help build or edit your Genesis app
You want team members to collaborate on projects and documents
You're working on internal company processes
You want controlled access within your organization
💡 Note: Sharing gives people access to your app space. To make your finished Genesis app available to end users, see Publish and Clone Your Apps.
Send Invitations
Add team members to your app so they can access and collaborate on its contents.
Go to your App Gallery in the main Genesis Dashboard.
Open an app → Click the Share button in the top-right corner.
Copy the invite link and share it via email, text, or any other way.
(optional) Specify the level of access for users who join with the link.
Navigate to your team in the left navigation menu.
Click the arrow ▽ next to the name of your team.
Select Edit from the drop-down list.
Choose the access level.
