Overview

Push notifications give you an insight into everything that happens inside your workspaces, folders, and projects. By default, notifications are on for all your spaces. You can customize the settings and turn notifications on or off.

Notification Settings

Taskade lets you customize notification settings depending on a "trigger" and device:

Set Project Notifications

Open a Project and click the three dots ( ··· ) in the top right-hand corner.
Select 🔔 Notifications from the drop-down list.
Choose between Watch, Mention, or Ignore for Email, Mobile, or Browser.
Click Save to confirm your choice.

💡 Note: You can turn notifications off for particular Projects inside a Workspace even if Workspace notifications are on.

Set Workspace/Folder Notifications

Click the arrow ( ˅ ) next to Workspace/Folder name and select 🔔 Notifications.
Choose between Watch, Mention, and Ignore for Email, Mobile, or Browser.
Click Save to confirm your choice.

Set Global Notifications

Don't want to customize notifications for individual projects? Taskade allows you to define global notification settings at the Account, Workspace, and Folder levels.

Click your profile picture (bottom-left corner) and select ⚙️Settings.
Click 🔔 Notifications in the left sidebar.
Review and customize the settings for all your workspaces and folders.

💡 Note: Choose "Inherit" to use the account settings at the top.

Set Project Notifications (iOS/Android)

Open a Project click the three dots ( ··· ) in the right-hand corner.
Select 🔔 Notifications from the drop-down list.
Choose between Watch, Mention, or Ignore and click Save to confirm.

Set Workspace Notifications (iOS/Android)

Open a Workspace and click the three dots ( ··· ) in the right-hand corner.
Select 🔔 Notifications from the drop-down list.
Choose between Watch, Mention, or Ignore and click Save to confirm.
