Connect your Notion workspace to Taskade to automate page management, sync databases with your workflows, and build AI-powered knowledge apps.
Connect & Configure
Before you start building with Notion, you need to configure the integration.
Navigate to Workspace → Automations in your app.
Click Create to build a new automation.
You can also prompt EVE to build the automation for you.
Add a Notion action step.
Click Connect in the sidebar on the right and authorize Taskade.
If you have multiple Notion workspaces, select the one you want to connect.
Configure and enable the automation (or continue adding steps).
Your Notion data is now available to automations and agents.
Notion Triggers

Notion Actions
Build knowledge workflows with Notion actions. Search, create, update, and manage pages and databases directly from your automation workflows or AI agents.
Action | Description |
Search Pages | Search for pages and databases by title or content. |
Get Page | Fetch a single page by its ID. |
Create Page | Add a new page to a database with specified properties. |
Update Page | Modify properties on an existing page by ID. |
Append Block | Add content blocks to an existing page. |
Use Notion with AI Agents
Your AI agents can call Notion actions as tools during conversations, allowing them to search pages, create entries, and respond with live data from your workspace.
Configure Notion Tool
Connect Notion to your workspace (see above).
Open your agent → Tools tab.
Enable Automation Actions or add Notion as a custom tool.
The agent will call Notion actions automatically when relevant during chat.
Prompt Examples
Your AI agents can use Notion actions as tools during conversations:
User: "Find the product roadmap page"
Agent → Found: Product Roadmap Q2
Agent: "Found it — Product Roadmap Q2. Want me to pull the details?"
