How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.

  1. Click Manage Subscription.

  2. Select Cancel Plan.

  3. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.

πŸ’‘ Note: After cancellation, your workspace reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing cycle. Your projects, agents, and automations are preserved β€” you just won't be able to use premium features until you resubscribe.


How to Switch Plans

Want to upgrade or downgrade instead of cancelling?

  1. Click Manage Subscription.

  2. Select a new plan (Starter, Pro, Business, or Enterprise).

  3. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Will I lose my data if I cancel?

No. Your projects, agents, and automations are preserved. You'll revert to Free plan limits.

Can I resubscribe later?

Yes, you can resubscribe to any paid plan at any time from Settings β†’ Billing.

I was charged after cancelling. What happened?

If you cancelled mid-cycle, the charge was for the current period. Your access continues until the cycle ends. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll investigate.

How do I switch from monthly to annual billing?

Go to Settings β†’ Billing β†’ Manage Subscription and select the annual option. You'll save up to 20% compared to monthly pricing.
