Overview

Enhance your reseller management with Taskade's advanced features by automatically assessing potential resellers. Provide your AI Agent with key details about your company and potential partners, allowing it to perform comprehensive analyses efficiently. Here's what we'll cover:

  • How to generate a basic agent to help with reseller assessment.

  • How to create a project to store incoming responses.

  • How to create a form through automation and send out outreach emails to potential resellers.


Generating an Agent

  • Generate an Agent

    1. Click on Create agent or Create with AI in the AI agents tab of the workspace.

    2. Describe your agent's task as a prompt for the agent to be generated. In this use case, we will be creating an agent to help with reseller assessment.

  • Customize the Agent

    1. Click on the triple dot icon beside the Agent's name in the workspace's Agent tab.

    2. Add in key information about your company or product in the Instructions field or upload it as a Knowledge source in the Agent's Knowledge tab.


Tracking the Resellers

  • Set up a Project

    1. Create a Project and set the default view to the Table view.

    2. Add in the appropriate Custom Fields by clicking on the plus icon and then selecting the appropriate format. This will be the information we want to collect from our assessment form.


Creating the Automation

  • Create a Form

    1. Create a Trigger and click on Forms. Fill in the Form fields with the same names and formats as the Custom Fields set in the Project.

    2. Since we will be scraping information from the reseller's website, add the Scrape Webpage action next and reference the Website URL with the @ symbol.

    3. Add a Run Agent Command action and select the "Assess Reseller Fit" command, reference the relevant information using the @ symbol.

    4. Add an Ask Agent action, this will help provide a definitely conclusion to the assessment and run specific actions based on the conclusion.

    5. Add an Add Task action, fill in the same Custom Fields created in the project with the respective form information.

    6. Add a Branch action. Depending on if the Ask Agent action responded with a Yes or No, an email will be sent out to reach out to the reseller or no action will be taken.

    7. If the agent responds with anything else as the conclusion, you will get an email saying that an error occured.


Using Google Sheets

If you are already using other methods of collecting information, the Trigger can simply be swapped with the New Row Google Sheets Trigger. Using the same headers in each column, the same analysis can be done.
