Promotional Email Campaigns

A custom AI agent can be a powerful tool for getting started with your promotional email campaigns. It can be equipped with datasets about your products, company, and target audience, allowing it to craft personalized and impactful email content.

The AI can offer fresh ideas for subject lines, messaging, and offers that may not have been considered before. With rapid content generation, the AI helps streamline your campaign creation process by producing multiple email drafts based on specific goals or themes, overcoming creative roadblocks and ensuring engaging communication with your audience.

Choose a Default Agent

You can get started immediately by just picking one of the default AI agents. They're already set up with all the basic instructions and commands you need.

1. Go to the AI Agents tab at the top of your workspace/folder.

2. Click the βž• Create agent to open the agent creator.

3. Use one of the available agent templates.

βž• Create a Custom Agent

If you can't find what you're looking for, let's create a custom agent and tailor it to your needs. You can define the agent's general behavior as well as individual commands.

    1. Go to the Agents tab at the top of your workspace/folder.
      ​

    2. Click βž• Create agent to open the agent creator.

    3. Click Create from scratch.
      ​

    4. Create a unique name for your custom agent.
      ​

    5. Select an avatar or upload your own.
      ​

    6. Fill in your desired instructions for the AI agent to follow when executing prompts and commands.
      ​

    7. Click Create to save the new agent.

    1. In the AI Agents tab, select the agent you created in the previous step.

    2. Click Edit agents in the top right corner.
      ​

    3. Choose the Commands tab on the left.
      ​

    4. Click βž• Add command and define the prompts:
      ​

      • Name: Pops up when you type / + "command name"

      • Prompt: Defines the behavior of the custom command.

      • Mode: Defines how the agent executes the command.

        • Default: The agent follows specific instructions from your prompt directly.

        • Plan and execute: The agent set goals, breaks tasks into steps, and iteratively reasons through them to handle complex tasks autonomously.

    5. Click Create to save the changes.


Drafting the Email

With the AI agent created, start by uploading links and files to its knowledge on your current product offerings and services. Then start a conversation with agent to create your first draft.

    1. Navigate to the workspace screen.

    2. Click on the AI Agents tab.

    3. Click on an Agent.

    4. Click on Edit agent in the top right corner.

    5. Click on the Knowledge tab in left of the modal.

    6. Toggle Enable knowledge on.

    7. Add any knowledge relevant to your business, products and services.

  • Start a conversation with the AI agent:

    1. Following from the previous steps, click Chat in the top right corner to start a conversation.

    2. Prompt the agent to draft an email campaign, you can also request the agent to respond with the HTML format.

  • Add the draft to a project to discuss with team members

    1. Scroll down to the end of the generated response.
      ​

    2. Click on the βž• Plus icon below the response.
      ​

    3. Click on Add to Project.

      • Projects can be used for team discussions or making amendments to draft before being sent out.
