🔌 Connectivity/Stability Issues

🤯 Taskade Troubleshooting

Sometimes Taskade may fail to load your Project or Workspace due to connectivity problems. If that happens, you may see an error message that looks like the one below. If the app doesn't respond or you're facing other stability issues, there are several methods you can try to fix the problem. Follow the instructions below to get started.

🖥️ Desktop

1. Check your internet connection and click Retry
2. Close and reopen the Taskade app
   • 🔴 macOS: Right-click the Taskade icon in the Dock and select Quit
   • 🔵 Windows: Click the Taskade window and press ⌨️ Alt + F4 to force quit
3. If the problem persists, reinstall the app from your OS's app store

🍎 iOS

1. Close and reopen the app
   
2. Restart your iOS device
3. If the problem persists, redownload Taskade from the App Store

🤖 Android

1. Go to Settings ➡ Apps ➡ select Taskade and tap Force stop
2. If the problem persists, clear cache and data:
   • Open device Settings ➡ Apps ➡ App Manager
   • Select Google Play Store ➡ Storage ➡ Clear Cache and Clear Data
   • Restart your phone
3. If you're still facing the problem, redownload Taskade from the Google Play Store

🌐 Web Browser

1. Clear your browser cache
   • 🦊 (Firefox)
     • Click "the hamburger" button  (top-right corner) and select Options
     • Scroll to Privacy & Security from the left menu
     • Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section
     • Tick Cached Web Content and click Clear
   • 🤖(Chrome)
     • Open the Chrome browser
     • Click  and select More tools
     • Choose Clear Browsing Data ➡ Basic
     • Tick Cached images and files and click Clear Data
   • 🌐 (Edge)

     • Click the three dots ··· (top right corner)

     • Select Settings ➡ Privacy & services

     • Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

     • Tick Cached images and files and click Clear
