🤔 What are Bulk Actions?
The bulk action feature lets format and complete multiple tasks at once. Quickly style your tasks with bold, underline, italic, and colorful highlights, or indent/outdent and check them off in a batch.
The following multi-select options are supported on mobile:
- 🔷 Change Format
- 📋 Copy to clipboard
- ➡️ Indent/Outdent
- ✅ Complete All ( Strikethrough )
- 🤌 Move Tasks
- 🚮 Delete
- 🟢 Highlight
- Bold
- Italic
- Underline
⚙️ How It Works
To multi-select and bring up the bulk action toolbar on Android and iOS, follow these steps:
- Tap on the keyboard icon ⌨️ in the main toolbar to hide the keyboard
- Tap and hold the first task/node you want to select
- Move your finger up or down to multi-select more tasks/nodes
- Simply lift your finger to confirm the selection
🔷 Change Format
Tap on the first icon to change the selected tasks to any of the support formats.
📋 Copy to clipboard
Tap on the clipboard icon to copy the selected tasks to your clipboard.
➡️ Indent/Outdent
Tap on the following icons to indent and outdent the selected tasks.
✅ Complete All ( Strikethrough )
Tap on the double tick icon to complete all the selected tasks.
🤌 Move Tasks
Tap on the up and down icons to move the selected tasks up or down the current project.
🚮 Delete
Tap on the trash can icon to delete all the selected tasks.
🟢 Highlight, Bold, Italic, Underline
Scroll the toolbar to the right to view options to highlight, bold, italicize or underline the selected tasks.
