πŸ€” What Is a Folder?

A Folder in Taskade is just like a regular folder on your computer. It's a collection of Projects, and templates "nested" inside a Workspace. Folders help you organize personal Projects or create separate spaces for teams and departments.

 

βš™οΈ Create a Folder

  1. Open your Taskade dashboard
  2. Click the plus button βž• next to the name of your Workspace
  3. Give your new Folder a name and choose a color palette
  4. Invite members to the Folder (optional) and tap Done!

πŸ‘₯ Invite People to a Folder

  1. Open your Folder and click the three dots ( Β·Β·Β· ) in the top right-hand corner
  2. Select πŸ‘₯ Members and tap πŸ‘€βž• Invite people
  3. Enter an email/Taskade username and tap Invite
  4. Don't forget to define user roles!
πŸ’‘ Note: Those who join your Folder as members will automatically have access to Projects, notes, and templates within that Folder!
