What Is the Media Manager?
The Media Manager allows you to browse all files uploaded to a workspace or folder and instantly start Q&A sessions with Taskade AI. Here's everything you need to know.
💡 Note: You need to upload files and documents into a project to see them inside the media manager. Visit 📎 Upload Files / Attachments to learn more.
Start a Q&A Session
Open your workspace / folder.
Navigate to the Media tab at the top.
Hover the mouse cursor over a file and click 🤖 Ask AI.
Type your questions in the pop-up menu to start a conversation.
💡 Note: To chat about multiple PDF documents, you need to create a custom agent and upload your PDFs. Visit Custom AI Agents to learn more.
Download a File / Copy Link
Open your workspace / folder.
Navigate to the Media tab at the top.
Right-click any of the files to open it inside the Media Manager.
Click Download to download the file to your device.
Click Copy Link to copy an internal link to the file.
Click Ask AI to start a new Q&A session.
Delete Media
Open your workspace / folder.
Navigate to the Media tab at the top.
Hover the mouse cursor over the file you want to delete.
Click the three dots on the right and select 🗑️ Delete.
