🔑 Set Folder Permissions

Every time you create a new folder in a shared workspace, you can define the level of access for other workspace members. Here's how to do that:

  1. Create a new Folder inside a Workspace.
  2. Set the folder name and color theme.
  3. Use the dropdown list to define access level.
💡 Note: Visit 🔐 User Roles & Permissions to learn more about editing privileges.
1.png Invite only Only the people you invite will be able to see and edit projects inside the folder.

2.png Everyone can edit

All members of the parent workspace will be able to edit projects inside the folder. This setting doesn't affect existing permissions.
3.png Everyone can check All members of the parent workspace will be able to check tasks in nested projects. This setting downgrades Editors to Checker role.
