Import from Todoist

Import your Todoist tasks into Taskade to manage everything in one place.

Export a Todoist Project

  1. Open Todoist and choose the Project you want to export from the sidebar menu.
    ​

  2. Click the three dots to the right of the project name.
    ​

  3. Select Export as a template ➡ Export as CSV file.

Import to Taskade

  1. Navigate to your workspace/folder.
    ​

  2. Click the arrow next to the ➕ New Project button.
    ​

  3. Select Import and choose Todoist.
    ​

    • (optional) You can also paste the contents of your .csv file.
      ​

  4. Upload the exported .csv files and click Import.
